Finance Transformation Project Manager (P2P) - | 6-Month Contract | Poznań

Location: Poznań, Poland (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)
Duration: Initial 6-month contract (extension possible)
Rate: Competitive

We are seeking a skilled Finance Transformation Project Manager to deliver key P2P (Procure-to-Pay) workstreams within a global implementation . You will be hands-on in ensuring smooth execution, managing project timelines, risks, and stakeholder engagement.

• Deliver P2P finance transformation workstreams within the transition to the new ERP.
• Work closely with finance, procurement, and IT teams to align business processes
• Manage project timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
• Work onsite in Poznań (3 days per week) with an international team

• Strong experience as a Project Manager in finance transformation
• Expertise in P2P processes within an international trading environment
• Experience working with S/4HANA, SAP, MS AX, or similar ERP systems
• Fluent in Polish & English (mandatory)
• Retail/FMCG experience is highly desirable

• Work in a high-impact, fast-paced retail/FMCG environment
• Hybrid working model - 3 days onsite in Poznań, 2 remote
• Competitive contract rate with potential extension
