In our mission to make the internet a better place for the automotive aftermarket, we actively search for new ways to elevate the online experience for our partners and customers alike. We are looking for an experienced Head of Account Management to lead and scale our international Account Management organization. Grow and develop your team of Account Managers across multiple international markets; Partner with internal cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Support, Sales, Shipping) to ensure communications are relevant, personalized, and on-brand; Create a scalable scrapyard engagement model - we want to keep scrapyards engaged without having to scale the Account Management headcount linearly; 5+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or similar roles.
~3+ years of people management experience in a fast-paced environment.
~ Proven experience managing and expanding a business portfolio through a team.
~ Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.
