Testronic is seeking a Finance System Implementation Specialist to support our Finance function in successfully completing the implementation of our finance consolidation and reporting system, Planful.

This role offers flexibility, with both part-time and full-time options available for a 3 to 6-month project. This role follows a hybrid work model, with a recommended schedule of three days in the office and two days remote.

The company has partially implemented the Planful system and is looking to move the project forward with the key goals being:

•Develop an automated data transfer process from SAP to Planful

•Review and establish a process for recurring Planful consolidation journals (e.g., revenue journals and cost centre cross charges)

•Develop upload templates and processes for non-financial KPIs (e.g., headcount data) into Planful

•Develop management reporting outputs from Planful

•Manage and track the project plan, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met

•Review the planning and forecasting capabilities within the Planful system and prepare a project plan for implementation

Your responsibilities

• Lead to complete the successful implementation of a finance consolidation and reporting platform (Planful), delivering to agreed timescales
• Manage the project plan to include all activities and to ensure that agreed deadlines are met
• Present updates to key stakeholders during weekly meetings
• Implement new processes and controls to support the finance reporting system implementation and ensure full documentation
• Conduct Planful trainings for local finance teams

Our requirements

• Proven experience as a System Implementation Specialist, with relevant finance experience
• Knowledge of financial processes and reporting systems
• Advanced MS Excel
• Self-motivated and resilient, capable of working independently and collaboratively
• Fluent in English, with the ability to collaborate with teams across different locations
• Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication skills to engage and inspire stakeholders
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively in international cross-functional project teams
• Knowledge of Planful & Sharperlight Add-in
• Experience in coaching or training finance and non-finance staff
• Background in project management
