For our client, a global high-tech company, we are looking to fill the position of:

Workplace: Tarnów
Duties:
Handling client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Managing cash collection, including following up on outstanding payments and overseeing open items.
Posting and verifying invoices while minimizing overdue balances.
Assisting the AR team in maintaining payment methods.
Preparing financial reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Maintaining regular communication with clients to build and sustain strong business relationships.
Requirements:
Proficiency in English (C1) and Slovak (C1/C2).
Solid knowledge of the MS Office suite.
2 years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in AR or another F&A field.
Strong communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work in a team.
Understanding of accounting principles is a plus.
A degree in accounting/finance or relevant accounting courses would be an advantage.
