About the role

We are looking for a Finance Specialist with a broad scope of responsibilities to make an impact working with the Finance department. The desired candidate is an independent, reliable person after a couple of years of experience in finance (preferably accounting, in-house finance department or audit) that would like to step into a financial controlling career. With the help of an external accounting office and reporting directly to the Head of Finance Poland, this role will be responsible for supporting, performing, and managing nearly all the financial processes in the dynamic scale-up environment.

You will have a huge amount of responsibility, autonomy, and creative freedom to help build a best-in-class Finance function.


What the role involves

  • Supporting accounts receivable and accounts payable processes 
  • Supervising deliverables of external accounting office
  • Supporting the reporting for both management and statutory purposes
  • Helping in preparation of various financial analyzes and ad-hoc reports
  • Assistance in Netsuite implementation in Poland
  • Supporting the improvement of all the financial processes in the organization
  • Acting as a business partner for technology and commercial teams


About you

  • At least 3, preferably 4-5 years of experience in accounting, audit, or other finance roles
  • Fintech experience is a plus, but not a must
  • Experience in working with Netsuite is a plus, experience with Netsuite implementation is a big advantage
  • MS Excel and Google Spreadsheets working knowledge
  • Basic understanding of PL GAAPs and fintech regulatory framework
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field
  • Working knowledge of Business English 


What happens next?

  • Selected candidates will be invited for an initial interview with our People & Culture representative. The video meeting will take about 30 minutes.
  • After the interview, you will be asked to solve and send back the MS Excel test within 40 minutes since you receive it. 
  • Then it’s time for a second interview! The meeting will be conducted by our Head of Finance and will last about 45 minutes,
  • Our SVP Finance would also like to chat with you :) You can expect the meeting to last approximately 30 minutes,
  • If successful, you will be given a job offer proposal.
