Associate Team Lead- Recruitment & Delivery | PG in Management
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain clean and accurate balance sheets and P&Ls across markets.
- Deliver timely, compliant reporting under US GAAP, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee internal controls framework and testing plans.
- Drive governance agenda and foster a strong controls culture.
- Partner with Cluster FDs, GMs, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
- Promote trust and accountability across Finance and non-Finance teams.
- Implement and embed global policies and processes locally.
Ideal Candidate:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
- Proven track record in delivering high-quality finance and reporting outputs.
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and internal controls.
- Digitally capable with a solution-focused mindset.
- Fluent in English; German skills are beneficial but not essential.
