Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses to support strategic decision‑making.
- Manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Monitor cash flow, ensure timely payment of invoices, and manage working capital effectively.
- Oversee tax planning and compliance, including preparation of tax returns and audits.
- Evaluate financial performance, identify trends, and propose cost‑saving measures or efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business needs and provide financial guidance.
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations, internal policies, and external reporting standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with a Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management or accounting, ideally in a multinational company.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent qualification is a plus.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Excel.
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiar with Dynamics 365 of Microsoft.
