About the Role
As a Finance Specialist for the UK and Switzerland markets, you will play a key role in supporting the local Finance Teams with management reporting, accounting operations, and financial analysis.
This position offers exposure to a global business environment and the opportunity to collaborate closely with international stakeholders based in London, Zurich, and the Shared Services Centre in Poland.

- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Experience in finance or accounting (within an international environment preferred)
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken); German is an asset
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP experience highly desirable)
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to meet deadlines
- Team-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn

,[Support monthly and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and analysis, Prepare and post journal entries and adjustments in SAP, Assist in the preparation of management accounts and financial statements, Review and process employee expenses and supplier invoices, Collaborate with the Shared Services Centre to ensure proper coding and payment allocation, Contribute to audits and statutory reporting processes, Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting support to Finance Managers Requirements: Degree, Excel, ERP, SAP
