• Initiate, execute and successfully close projects which increase performance and cost of the Aftermarket Division of ZF Group;
• Independently lead Finance programs & projects and take ownership for results with the spirit of an entrepreneur;
• Act as sparring partner and project mentor for Executives in regions, business lines and functional areas (e.g., regional finance programs);
• Take exposed / leading roles in divisional and ZF Group projects in Finance area (e.g., M&A, restructuring evaluations and performance improvement initiatives);
• Kickstart digitalization initiatives within Finance to accelerate the digitalization transformation;
• Proactively build strategic business recommendations for Division/ Finance leadership which are being executed through programs & projects (i.e., by developing financial steering concepts and KPIs, redesigning S&OP/ forecasting processes);
• Develop and drive financial business systematics and enterprise valuations;
• Proactively identify harmonization potentials and best practice approaches; take a leading role to design and implement Finance process and method standards.
Your Profile:
• Master degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration;
• Finance, performance management and / or Strategy background, with 10+ years of professional experience in relevant field (includes consulting & advisory);
• Demonstrated strong leadership and 5+ years project management experiences in projects & programs of significant size and business impact;
• Track record of leading digitalization projects within Finance;
• Ability to analyze and structure complex issues to quickly enter project execution phase;
• Capability to break down problems into solvable pieces;
• Certified in recognized PM standards (e.g. IPMA B /IPMA C, PMI PMP, SAFe);
• Intercultural awareness and sensitivity;
• Experienced in working in multinational setups managing the needs of various stakeholders within matrix organizations;
• Preferably deep knowledge of Automotive Aftermarket business model.
