Finance Platform Lead – FSCM
Location: Krakow, Poland – part of HEINEKEN Global Shared Services Center.
Responsibilities
- Act within the SAP‑FSCM Finance Platform team to translate business requirements into solutions for credit‑collection and dispute management, ensuring alignment with the Global Template.
- Keep current with developments in the functional domain and maintain knowledge transfer to the team.
- Deliver functional enhancements, write and review functional specifications and test scripts, meeting timeline and quality standards to minimize rework.
- Provide end‑user support for issue resolution, user acceptance testing and training.
- Manage solution quality and technical debt, identifying bottlenecks and proposing resolutions to reduce complexity.
- Guide and coach team members and suppliers through design iterations, embedding required competencies within the product lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of SAP consulting experience, preferably within SAP‑FSCM.
- Solid understanding of credit, collection and dispute processes.
- Experience with Global Template deployment programs.
- Strong communication skills with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Team player, agile mindset, able to influence consensus at all product team levels.
- Proficiency in SAP FI/CO configuration and middleware integration scenarios (PI, Solace, API‑C) is a plus.
- Experience in FMCG sector, factoring scenarios, incident and change management, and IT Controls/testing automation is desirable.
