We are currently seeking an experienced AP Accountant to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable processes efficiently and accurately.

Requirements

1. Proven experience in accounts payable or similar role (min. 1 year)
2. Proficiency in NetSuite or similar ERP software
3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
4. Excellent organizational and time management skills
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Responsible for managing all the payment runs for the studios in the UK, working with the Citibank banking platform and using NetSuite and Open Legacy.
2. Accurately recording all bank transactions in NetSuite.
3. Managing intercompany invoices and payments accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely recording of transactions, conducting reconciliations, resolving discrepancies, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and maintaining knowledge of intercompany billing processes and policies.
