Lead and develop the T&E team - inspire, coach, and drive performance.
Act as a business partner - collaborate with stakeholders across Europe to enhance efficiency and strengthen process excellence.
Work with offshore teams - build engagement and deliver results through influence rather than direct reporting lines.
Monitor KPI and scorecards - ensuring tangible business impact.
Design and implement the European T&E improvement roadmap (automation, standardization, lean initiatives).
Shape controls and governance (ICE) - ensuring compliance and the highest operational standards.
WYMAGANIA:
What we expect from you:
5+ years of experience in finance/accounting (P2P/T&E).
2-3 years of proven leadership experience (SSC/BPO or international organization).
Strong track record of working in global, complex structures.
Ability to build relationships and influence outcomes in a multicultural environment.
Fluent English (C1).
Nice to have: SAP/Concur knowledge, Lean, Continuous Improvement.
