Job Description

SAP S/4 HANA and o9 Planning Transformation is a multi-year, global program to transform and optimize business capabilities in service of our Vision 2030. This role is a data management subject‑matter expert responsible for master data domains Finance and Controlling in SAP across applicable functions, countries, categories and manufacturing plants. You will drive regional data harmonization, governance and data migration activities to support the transition to SAP S4 and o9, ensuring a smooth collaboration between partnering teams.

How You Will Contribute

• Work with the implementation partner to build the mapping of Key Elements for Finance, Controlling and Fixed Assets Master Data between ECC and S4.
• Work closely with Global and Regional business teams on domain‑specific requests in the areas of data harmonization, governance and data migration from SAP ECC into SAP S4/o9.
• Collaborate with work streams to understand business requirements and ensure key topics are addressed in master data.
• Review requirements and drive discussions to ensure data is converted successfully into S4.
• Deploy and coordinate governance and sustainability initiatives with functions, markets, plants and categories (quality, performance, training/testing, industry standards).
• Ensure data accuracy, end‑to‑end testing and validation to eliminate downstream impacts.
• Adopt Mondelez documentation standards.
• Maintain and improve performance measures; use data analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns and anomalies in master data, contributing to decision‑making and process improvement.
• Execute training programs for internal data management staff and business users involved in master data activities, ensuring adherence to data management standards in the specific domain.

Education / Certifications

• 4‑year degree in Data Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.

Job Specific Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in business processes operations in a large organization, ideally in the consumer goods industry.
• English proficiency mandatory.
• 7+ years in SAP in master data domain specific to FI‑CO and Fixed Assets.
• Proficiency in data migration/validation activities in FI‑CO, including material master, GL accounts, cost centre, profit centre, cost elements, WBS elements and internal orders.
• Proficiency with reviewing/validating GL/AR/AP balances.
• Good understanding of finance/controlling integration with other SAP functions.
• Experience with at least two SAP S4 transformations.
• Knowledge of master data, how it is leveraged to create business outcomes and experience in SAP ECC, SAP S4 and/or other product data solutions.
