Finance Manager (Manufacturing)

Your responsibilities

• Steering the realization of financial, operational, and strategic objectives; investigating variances (actuals versus budget) and underlying causes.
• Providing cost methodology, budgeting, management reporting, and business reviews.
• Preparing month-end closings, annual accounts, and tax obligations.
• Optimization/digitization of core financial business processes.
• Team management – coordination, control, & coaching of colleagues who are mainly concerned with bookkeeping, transactions, etc.
• Providing wide analyses & improvement projects, including the standardization of finance systems.

Employer requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accountancy.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Finance Management or Controlling in a production environment.
• Strong in MS Office; especially Excel, and also ERP and preferably BI tools with the aim of transforming data into information.
• Excellent time management skills (dealing well with deadlines).
• Good English – enabling fluent business communication.
• Feeling comfortable in a dynamic environment.
• Teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, curious, and decisive personality.
