Oczekujemy

• minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in Finance, with a strong focus on Accounting processes,
• at least 5 years of experience in a managerial role,
• experience in SSC/BPO environments,
• masters degree in Finance with relevant accounting certifications/training or ACCA, CA, CMA, CPA, CS, or a similar qualification,
• excellent English skills - at a minimum B2/C1 level, both spoken and written,
• Italian skills will be an asset
• strong analytical skills,
• leadership skills: talent development, performance management, inspiring and building employee engagement
• strong communication and social skills and ability to present to a wide audience confidently
• excellent analytical skills and with ability to explain to non-finance audiences (business storytelling)
• proven experience in complex cross-functional programsand projects
• ability to partner with both business and technical subject matter experts to ensure standardization and execution of Finance policies and processes

Zadania

• lead a team of RTR accountants, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of assigned accounting processes,
• oversee accounting operations across multiple countries and markets served by the Poland Center,
• provide technical expertise and strategic advice to senior and executive management,
• analyze, interpret, and apply complex financial information to support optimal business decisions,
• drive strategic planning and future-oriented initiatives within the accounting function,
• lead high-impact cross-functional projects and initiatives and the design of process improvements, systems development, or the implementation of best practices within area of expertise,
• influence and support project teams to achieve the best business outcomes.
