To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Finance Manager/Finance Controller to join our team at Suez Water.

Our goal is to implement modern solutions in water and wastewater management and to provide consulting services. We place special emphasis on collaboration models based on long-term relationships with our partners, including in the format of Public-Private Partnerships.



Finance Manager/Finance Controller

Location: Warsaw

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Mode: On-site



Responsibilities:

1. Overseeing the work of the external accounting office.
2. Participation in the monthly and annual closing of the accounting books for the Suez Group companies in Poland.
3. Consolidating financial results of the companies in Poland.
4. Supervising the financial team.
5. Initiating actions to optimize accounting processes and department organization.
6. Participation in budget preparation.
7. Preparing and analyzing financial/business reports.
8. Overseeing banking services and transactions.
9. Creating and implementing operational procedures in the finance department.
10. Controlling and managing financial documents, close cooperation with banks and financial institutions.

1. Higher education in finance.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.
3. Advanced MS Excel skills.
4. Fluent in English at B2/C1 level (knowledge of French is a plus).
5. Punctuality, reliability, attention to detail, and responsibility for assigned tasks.
6. Ability to organize own work and the work of the team, strong analytical skills, communication skills, and openness.
