Finance Manager

Your responsibilities

• managing company finances (making payments, debt collection, creating deposits, etc.)
• supervision over contacts with financial institutions
• supervision over internal financial controls and settlements with company employees
• conducting research and analysis of the company's financial condition and general economic situation
• supervision over the creation of appropriate reports for the company's Management Board, management staff, shareholders, external entities, etc.
• supervision of the work of subordinate staff
• supervision of the HR department (department with a manager)
• coordination of IT activities (external company)

Our requirements

• high education in economics (finance, accounting)
• several years of professional experience in the finance and accounting department in managerial positions
• knowledge of international reporting procedures
• knowledge of modern financial management principles
• knowledge of financial management
• knowledge of tax law
• budget management skills
• strong analytic skills, ability to work with the numbers supply-chain related
• optimization and continuous improvement approach, innovative and pro-active
• self-motivated, pro-active, hands-on, positive thinker
• fluent spoken and written Polish and English (B2 minimum)
• experience in team management build partnerships and collaborate with others to meet shared objectives

The purpose of this position is to direct and manage the financial area in order to maintain control over the economic and financial volume of the enterprise, in accordance with the guidelines of the headquarters, the Incom Polska strategy and applicable legal regulations.
