Finance Manager
Your responsibilities
- Reporting: Coordinate month-end financial closing, reviewing entity’s financial statements to deliver accurate and timely financial reporting to Group Headquarters, including KPIs, profit and loss statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements.
- Budgeting: Oversee all financial planning and analysis activities, leading the budget and forecasting process, in line with Group policies and standards.
- Controlling: Track any budget deviation, providing in-depth analysis of variances and recommending actions and qualitative changes in policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Impacts: Coordinate and carry out ad-hoc actions and impacts to address profitability leakage vectors.
- Improvements: Monitor performance and profitability of the manufacturing process in the different business lines, supporting operations to address any deviation.
- Investments: Deliver business cases analysis for potential new investments and business opportunities.
- Financing: Close contacts with local financial institutions, ensuring adequate funding level of the business.
- Team support: Give support to the finance team to assure department delivery and supervise the Chief Accountant Manager (tax compliance, accounting, payment transactions, debt collection, etc.).
Our requirements
- High education in economics (finance, accounting).
- Several years of professional experience in finance, preferably in multinational Groups.
- Sound experience in the manufacturing industry, with relevant work experience in controlling or audit.
- Good knowledge of accounting and tax law desirable.
- Strong business understanding and financial mindset with a very structured approach and strong analytic skills.
- Optimization and continuous improvement approach, innovative and pro-active.
- Self-motivated, pro-active, hands-on, positive thinker.
- Fluent spoken and written Polish and English, able to communicate fully at a business level.
- Experience in team management build partnerships and collaborate with others to meet shared objectives.

Following the strategic objectives of the Group, the key functions of the BUSINESS CONTROLLER will be to oversee the financial function and act a key business partner to improve profitability and internal controls, in accordance with the guidelines set by the Company Management and Group CFO and ensuring applicable legal regulations.
