Finance Manager

Your responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies, forecasts, and budgets to support business objectives.
• Oversee accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial statements, compliance with regulations, and timely reporting.
• Manage budget planning, monitor expenditures, and analyze financial performance to optimize costs and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and internal policies, minimizing risks.
• Monitor cash flow, manage financial risks, and ensure liquidity for smooth business operations.
• Lead internal and external audits, maintain strong internal controls, and ensure financial accuracy and integrity.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop the accounting team to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Provide financial insights, reports, and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.

Our requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, tax regulations, and compliance standards.
• Ability to interpret financial data, conduct risk analysis, and provide strategic financial recommendations.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring finance and accounting teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Hands-on experience with accounting ERP software and financial modeling tools.
• Strong ability to communicate financial insights to stakeholders and assist in strategic decision-making.
• High level of accuracy, ethical standards, and ability to maintain financial transparency.
• Advanced level of verbal and written English (C1).
• Familiarity with MS Office suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
