For one of our Clients we are looking for Finance Manager to join Warsaw team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead business finance in Poland, focusing on Corporate Risk and Broking (CRB).
- Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies.
- Provide financial analysis and forecasting to support decision-making.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with teams to develop and implement business plans.
- Develop monthly forecasts and annual plans, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Monitor project progress and report variances.
- Maintain a strong internal control environment and closing processes.
- Work with DACH & Poland finance leaders to integrate finance functions.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Support finance teams in monthly and quarterly closing processes.
- Partner with local finance teams to improve financial operations.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication in Polish and English.
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Adaptability to changing business conditions.
