- Technical interview with hiring manager
- Very good knowledge of tax and regulatory matters, particularly in the area of invoicing between Poland and the USA as well as transfer pricing mechanisms – must have.
- Ability to work with analytical tools (Power BI or others), including building simple KPI structures (e.g., margin analysis)
- Familiarity with the Google ecosystem (Google Drive, Google Sheets, BigQuery, Looker) is a plus.
- High level of organization and accuracy when working with repetitive processes.
- Ability to independently manage one’s own work/projects (planning, goal setting, scheduling, reporting progress and issues, identifying the “why”).
- Ability to create a coherent narrative based on numbers – explaining the underlying causes behind financial results.
- Proficiency in English sufficient to communicate effectively with English-speaking stakeholders (United States).

Cooperation and management of the external accounting firm, including the use of its reporting capabilities. , Responsibility for the invoice circulation process (with the support of the Junior Financial Analyst). , Creation of dashboards, monitoring financial data flows, and performing data verification. , Preparation of short-term (3-month) financial forecasts. , Execution of financial transactions (e.g., hedging instruments, deposits, bonds) in line with the guidance of the fractional CFO. , Support in developing the competencies of the Finance team members.
