Key Duties and Responsibilities

As a member of the FP&A team you will be involved in the following activities:

• Database ownership of Sales by market and product
• Data analysis and reconciliations e.g. sales by customer
• Weekly and Monthly Sales Reconciliations and Reporting
• Financial ownership of our financial planning and analysis tool
• Management reporting vs budget and prior year for the P&L, balance sheet and cash flow
• Budgeting and forecasting processes
• Business partnering; helping to analyse and drive improvements to revenue and margin, and help with any other data needs
• Weekly cash flow reporting
• Sales by customer and GM analysis
• Continuously seek process improvement
• Support any ongoing projects in relation to acquisitions, integrations and launches

Minimum Requirements (Experience & Education)

We are looking for highly motivated and ambitious qualified accountants who are keen to apply creativity and independent thought to help drive the business forward. To apply, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Strong data analytics skills
• Significant experience of being a super user/system administrator of financials systems and databases
• You must have a minimum 2:1 undergraduate degree
• You must be a qualified qualified accountant with 4+ years of post-qualification experience
• You are highly numerate and have meticulous attention to detail
• You have excellent Excel skills
• You have a structured thought process with a curiosity about data and have an ability to make sense of large sets of data and turn data into insight
• You must be able to effectively communicate data and findings
• You should be confident in presenting analysis to a wide range of stakeholders
• You are organised and able to prioritise effectively
• An interest in pharma businesses dedicated to women’s health
• You can keep calm and remain resilient in complicated situations
• Fluent English
