Overview

• Financial planning: develop forecasts; budgets and reports
• Analyze financial performance and deviations to plan; P/L, BS.
• Identify cost saving opportunities.
• Oversee group month end and year end closing procedures.
• Cooperation with external group accounting office; verification of entries
• Ensure invoices are issued on time
• Perform hedging and authorize payments
• Managing finance team (7‑8 controllers)
• Being support to local business leads

Qualifications

• Strong accounting background; controlling experience is a benefit.
• Good Excel and SAP knowledge.
• Fluent English.
• Used to working with deadlines and in international structures.
• Approachable, excellent interpersonal skills, detail oriented, responsive, problem solver and likes a challenge.
