We are seeking YOU ! As a skilled and proactive Financial Controller, you will join our growing Polish team in Warsaw. You will play a key role in overseeing financial operations and providing critical support for our real estate investments and project developments.

You will have the key responsibilities to:

1. Fulfill the expectation to report effectively.
2. Oversee financial operations for our Polish portfolios in collaboration with an external accountancy firm.
3. Prepare and analyze reports related to our real estate investments and project developments.
4. Implement and manage the ERP system to streamline processes.
5. Develop and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with project goals.
6. Assist in investment dossier preparation and financial analysis.
7. Act as the main point of contact for auditors, ensuring compliance with regulations.
8. Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions to support operational needs.
9. Liaise with tax authorities, ensuring adherence to VAT and tax requirements.

Preferred Experience:

Ideally, you can present 3 to 4 years of experience from the audit perspective or have worked in a bigger structured company with a broad view of financial responsibilities. Experience in the real estate sector is a strong advantage.

You believe you have strong knowledge of reporting, accountancy principles, VAT, and tax regulations.

Proficiency in IT systems and an interest in technology to improve financial processes will be useful in this function.

You can express yourself fluently in English.
