Your responsibilities

Management Accounting and FP&A:

- Support budgeting and performance management processes (A&SP, OL, LE, TDT).

- Prepare financial summaries and manage data integrity in systems.

- Collaborate with functional Finance Lead and Global Functions teams for accurate forecasts and budgeting.

Business Support:

- Provide financial analysis and progress reports.

- Support functions in all system related matters - SAP / R3 / BW /TM1 /HC tracker/HC reporting tools.

- Assist in project and investment decision financial details.

Financial Accounting:

- Coordinate transactional processes and cost tracking.

- Ensure timely and accurate cost recognition in financial statements.

Financial Governance:

- Assist in preparing functional BAP/Memos.

- Provide guidance to the functions re compliance with Operating Guidelines, JTI Policies & Procedures, JSOX and other internal controls.

Financial Process Improvement and Cost Management:

- Support initiatives for process efficiencies.

- Provide expertise to achieve cost management goals.

Our requirements

Bachelors and/or Masters degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration.
Professional accounting qualification (e.g. CIMA, ACCA) is an advantage.
Minimum 5 years finance experience, preferably in multinational FMCG companies.
Strong budgeting and planning experience (FP&A) with exposure to senior management.
Fluency in English.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, SAP, BW, Excel.

Optional

TM1 experience is a plus.

About the position:

The role involves providing diverse financial support services tailored to specific functions, including budgeting, performance management, and financial advisory. Responsibilities include:

Supporting budgeting and performance management processes, ensuring timely, accurate outcomes.

Compiling financial summaries for management discussions.

Managing financial and headcount data integrity in systems.

Conducting financial analysis and producing reports for decision-making.

For what purposes is your personal data processed? Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of enabling you to take part in the recruitment process for the position in JTI GBS to which your application relates. During the recruitment process, you may be asked to complete tests (e.g. analytical test, behavioural test, cognitive test) or to participate in an Assessment Center session. In the case of behavioural test, you will be subject to profiling. The system will evaluate the answers you give in the survey and create a profile of your behaviour and preferred working conditions based on these answers. The test is only a support material for the recruiter conducting your recruitment process and no automated decisions are made based thereon. 6. Is personal data transferred outside the European Economic Area? Your personal data may be entrusted for processing to JT International S.A. with its registered office in Switzerland, i.e. outside the European Economic Area (EEA). The European Commission has stated that this country offers an adequate level of personal data protection (Commission Decision of 26 July 2000). The recipient has implemented adequate and appropriate safeguards for your personal data. You have the right to receive a copy of the transferred personal data. Your personal data may also be transferred to other JTI Group companies that are based outside the EEA. Whenever the country to which the transfer of personal data will take place does not provide an adequate level of protection for personal data, JTI GBS will ensure the protection of your personal data in accordance with applicable legislation. 8. Is provision of the personal data mandatory? Responding to the Companys advertisement and providing your data is voluntary.
