The role bridges financial and management accounting, ensuring accurate reporting and supporting business decisions that drive growth and profitability.**Your tasks**## Key Responsibilities:* Support the Managing Director and leadership team with financial analyses and insights for decision-making.* Prepare business cases and evaluate scenarios for key commercial and operational initiatives.* Contribute to performance discussions by highlighting risks and opportunities.* Ensure accurate accrual and cost accounting, including correct project cost allocation and revenue recognition (POC method).* Manage monthly closing activities in coordination with the local accounting team.* Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for both local management and the Kardex Group.* Coordinate the local forecasting and budgeting process.* Analyze deviations between actuals, budget, and forecasts, and explain key business drivers.* Contribute to the development of business plans in alignment with regional objectives.* Support compliance with international accounting standards (primary ledger) and local statutory/tax regulations (secondary ledger).* Collaborate with tax advisors and payroll providers to ensure ongoing compliance and accuracy.* Actively contribute to the Regional Europe East Finance Community by sharing knowledge and supporting cross-country initiatives.* Collaborate with the accounting team and provide support in developing financial processes.**Your profile:*** min. 3 years of experience in controlling or financial analysis, preferably within a technical sales or industrial environment.* Experience with ERP systems (SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA), reporting tools (COGNOS or similar), and strong Excel & PowerBI skills.* University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.* Preferably an accounting certification (e.g. CIMA, CMA, ACCA, CA).* Fluent in English (C1 level preferred).**Your profile**Automated storage solutions are high-tech.
