Finance Controller

Your responsibilities

• Manage accounting operations, including GL and Cost Accounting for the UK entity
• Support the month-end and year-end close process for the UK entity
• Participation in the annual financial audit
• Prepare weekly cash flow forecasts
• Prepare monthly financial statements, incl. the balance sheet, P&L, and non-financial KPIs
• Support the monthly management reporting process
• Manage and coordinate the financial reporting platform for the Testronic Group
• Assist with the budget preparation and financial forecasting
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and reporting
• Perform additional controller duties as required
• Systems: SAP Business One – accounting software; Planful – finance reporting software (implementation in progress)

Our requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Proven working experience as a Financial Controller, ideally with 2+ years of experience
• Knowledge of international accounting principles and procedures would be a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and finance reporting systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and work under pressure
