We are looking for a Finance Controller who will join our client – a manufacturing company based in Poznań. We’re seeking a candidate who is eager to grow and develop further in the area of controlling.
Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in month-end closing activities.
- Cooperate with and support the Senior Controller, acting as a
- Business Partner for departments such as Logistics or Sales.
- Reporting related to regular basis (volume, profit, cogs etc) and marketing/sales activities (marketing budget spending, mono/assorted volume etc).
- Calculate marketing projects profitability (relaunch, new products) for CEE region.
- Support planning and forecasting activities, including in-out calculations and data responsibility for Export.
- Assist in various ad-hoc tasks and projects.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Economics or related field focusing on financial analysis, controlling.
- At years 2/3 years of experience in controlling/reporting/financial planning, preferably in FMCG sector.
- Highly-developed Excel skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, SAP experience is a plus.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Fluent in English – at least communicative level required to work in an international team.
