Responsibilities

You’ll be at the heart of our CEE leadership team, partnering with business leaders to deliver actionable financial insights that shape strategy and performance. Your role will span planning, forecasting, and influencing commercial outcomes across Orthopaedics, Sports Medicine, and Advanced Wound Management, helping to evaluate investment opportunities, identify efficiencies, and mitigate risks.

Qualifications

• A degree in Finance, ideally complemented by an MBA or postgraduate certification
• At least 10 years of experience in a corporate finance environment or practice setting
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and influencing skills to engage stakeholders at all levels
