You’ll be responsible for all commercial aspects of projects, focusing on budgeting and forecasting using modern digital solutions in SAP and Data Management. This opportunity allows you to guide a team, ensuring project goals are met while fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Financial responsibility for the service business of steam turbines, generators and compressors, maintaining strong relationships with operations and global counterparts.
  • Aggregate and analyze data to steer the monthly closing, forecasting, and annual budget processes within your area of responsibility, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Act as a business partner, guiding sales and project execution teams through monthly closing and forecasting while ensuring data quality.
  • Full responsibility for all commercial/finance-related matters, including but not limited to accounting, legal, tax, foreign exchange, bank guarantees and insurance topics in cooperation with experts.
  • Act as a Commercial Project Manager for Long Term Service Agreements, supporting Project Manager in managing and optimizing targeted financial results.
  • Ensure the accuracy of cost and pricing calculation as well as overall project financials, including recording in appropriate systems such as SAP.
  • Responsible for monthly revenue recognition, contractual invoicing and cash collection.
  • Support the digitalization of business processes by integrating advanced digital tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a professional environment, responding to ad‑hoc management requests.

What You Bring

  • A bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, accounting, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2‑5 years of professional experience in business administration, accounting, commercial project management or finance fields.
  • Experience in commercial project management and business controlling, particularly around closing and forecasting activities.
  • Knowledge of finance tools and data (dashboards, Alteryx, SAC preferred).
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills in Polish and English.
  • Willingness to travel within Poland and Europe as needed.
