ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with site leadership on financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Monitor and analyze site financial performance (costs, margins, profitability, cash flow)
• Identify opportunities for cost and operational optimization
• Prepare management reports and strategic recommendations
• Participate in investment projects and assess their profitability (CAPEX)
• Support month-end closing and reporting processes to headquarters
• Cooperate with production, logistics, and HR departments on cost and efficiency analysis
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and legal regulations

• Timeliness and quality of financial reporting
• Effectiveness of recommendations in improving profitability
• Budget adherence and cost control performance
• ROI of investment projects
• Quality of cross-functional communication and collaboration

• University degree in finance, economics, or accounting
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of management accounting and controlling principles
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics)
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to formulate business recommendations
• Excellent commuication and cross-functional collaboration skills
