Overview
We are looking for talented students and recent graduates to join full‑time one of our financial departments: Alternatives Accounting, Fund Accounting, Financial Reporting, Custody or Transfer Agency. While working side by side with experts and receiving individual guidance from your mentor, you will have a chance to increase your knowledge and boost your career in finance in an international and collaborative environment.
Department responsibilities
- Alternatives Accounting – general ledger accounting, financial reporting and asset supervision for funds investing in alternative assets such as real estate, private equity, and debt funds.
- Fund Accounting Services – five core teams (Cash and Audit, Central Pricing, NAV Hub, and Trades) responsible for producing daily, weekly or monthly Net Asset Values (NAVs) primarily for clients in Luxembourg and Ireland.
- Financial Reporting – preparation, review and delivery of financial statements in accordance with accounting standards and local regulations. Client‑facing role with regulatory reporting and audit coordination, exposure to different GAAPs and technology solutions.
- Custody – operational services to financial institutions: account administration, corporate actions, foreign exchange, client service, funds transfer and trade management.
- Transfer Agency – operational and regulatory services for investment funds and their investors: onboarding, anti‑money laundering screening, transaction processing, cash reconciliation, fund distribution services, client service and reporting.

Desired qualifications
- Strong English knowledge (B2+ level minimum)

Preferred but not required
- Degree in finance / business related discipline
- Internship / work experience in finance / customer care
