Location: Kraków

Hybrid model: 3 days per week in the office / 2 days for a parent of a child up to 4 years old

Junior Specialist — Finance Departments

We are looking for talented students and recent graduates to join full‑time one of our financial departments: Alternatives Accounting, Fund Accounting, Financial Reporting, Custody or Transfer Agency. While working side by side with experts and receiving individual guidance from your mentor, you will have a chance to increase your knowledge and boost your career in finance in an international and collaborative environment.

Departments and Focus Areas

  • Alternatives Accounting – Services to funds investing in alternative assets, including general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and asset supervision.
  • Fund Accounting – Cash and Audit, Central Pricing, NAV Hub, and Trades teams responsible for producing daily, weekly, or monthly Net Asset Values (NAVs) for clients in Luxembourg and Ireland.
  • Financial Reporting – Preparation, review, and delivery of financial statements in accordance with accounting standards, local regulations and clients’ specifications; client‑facing role with regulatory reporting and audit coordination.
  • Custody – Operational services to financial institutions, including account administration, corporate actions, foreign exchange, client service, funds transfer, and trade management.
  • Transfer Agency – Operational and regulatory services to investment funds and investors, including onboarding, anti‑money laundering screening, transaction processing, cash processing, reconciliation, fund distribution, and client service reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle financial information and transactions.
  • Provide superior client service and resolve open inquiries.
  • Identify errors to minimize risk.
  • Produce monthly management reports.
  • Generate client reports and statements.
  • Support the team.

Desired Qualifications

  • Strong English knowledge (B2+ level minimum).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated passion for teamwork and success.

Preferred but Not Required

  • Degree in finance/business related discipline.
  • Internship or work experience in finance/customer care.
