Finance and Accounting Process Specialist

YOUR TASKS

• Preparation and posting of complex General Ledger entries including accruals, provisions, and allocations, according to schedule and Client Desktop Procedures.
• Monitoring of fixed asset transactions, including capitalization and budget tracking, in collaboration with asset owners.
• Daily processing of bank statements, reconciliation of bank accounts, and clearing of sub‑accounts.
• Reconciliation and settlement of inter‑company transactions, including netting and agreement of balances with counterparties.
• Execution of period‑end close activities, preparation of financial and management reports, and performance of financial controls in accordance with the Client Control Framework.

YOUR PROFILE

• Approximately 1–2 years of finance or accounting experience, preferably within R2R or P2P processes.
• Fluency in English at a minimum B2 level.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and processes.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong multitasking abilities and proven capability to work independently while following established procedures and guidelines.
