- Serve as a key contributor to the development and strengthening of the Manufacturing Finance function through providing insightful and value-added analysis and decision support to various leaders across the organization.
- These activities will include (but not limited to) operating as a business partner, driving performance management across the functions, to meet financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, and areas of opportunity for improved performance within the manufacturing network, so needs to understand the standard costing process and manufacturing variances.
- Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and drive improved business performance.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate financial performance and metrics to stakeholders across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, streamline workflows, and increase efficiency.
- Participates in financial performance management across the business: tracks ongoing performance vs objectives, prepares outlook and latest estimates, identifies risks & opportunities, makes recommendations to business partners.
- Ensures pro-active business partnering with manufacturing leaders; supports implementation of smooth processes to facilitate on time and accurate information gathering; ensures consistent and compliant financial closing and reporting process.
- Supports decision-making of the Operations Leadership Team to drive results and actively contributes to operational objectives.
- Manages risks & opportunities, proactively flags and remediates potential issues, ensures proper follow-up on corrective actions.
- Participates in the annual budgeting, rolling forecast and planning processes; communicates in a timely, structured and standardized basis.
- Constantly upgrade tools, processes, reports and metrics to accurately forecast business results and proactively manage performance to meet financial objectives.
- Ad hoc projects and tasks as required.
Qualification
- Minimum 3 years of previous experience in a similar position and ideally within a manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience in PowerBI is nice to have.
- Be a point of contact for different areas of the business, be able to recognize and discuss their needs.
- Strong in data analytics, preparation of reports that will support management.
- Ability to take data from different sources and reconcile them, working with various ERP systems, preparing revenue analysis, forecasting, budgeting, validating data, preparing presentations and presenting results.
- Analyzing expenses.
- Cooperation with local accounts and stakeholders, working with them on what is currently in the books.
