We are looking for a Finance Analyst GVSE EMEA (Hybrid) to join Cisco’s Finance organization. The role follows a hybrid work model, requiring two days of in‑office attendance each week, with limited exceptions.
Meet The Team
You will be part of the GVSE EMEA Finance team, a compliance‑focused group dedicated to delivering outstanding business and financial results by driving actionable insights and optimizing processes.
Your Impact
- Build Opex and headcount forecasts; analyze forecast vs actuals and drive best‑in‑class forecast accuracy.
- Perform deep dives into Opex cost drivers, trends, and partner with Sales leadership for decision‑making.
- Provide financial expertise on all business‑related matters.
- Play an active role in the planning, budgeting, and forecasting process.
- Support weekly and monthly sales forecast processes.
- Deliver business and financial analysis that yields actionable insights and operational excellence, ensuring compliant and effective resource use.
- Maintain an operating environment that adheres to defined corporate compliance, controls, and Cisco‑wide policies and ethical standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Finance.
- 3–5 years of experience in financial controlling, accounting, or business analysis with multinational companies.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills, capable of working independently and driving initiatives.
- Highly motivated financial professional with a drive to understand complexity and analyze it.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in cost management, cost forecasting, and reporting, and financial controlling.
- Experience working with sales teams.
