Project information:

• Type of project: Finance
• Working hours: 9:00-17:00 (Monday-Friday, full time)
• Languages: Polish & English
• Type of employment: long-term contract of employment
• Level: Mid/ Senior

Responsibilities:

• Handling incoming tickets on Coupa and performing troubleshooting activities
• Providing support for financial and accounting teams in terms of Coupa system
• Supporting PTP activities and helping accounting teams in Coupas operations, e.g. month-end closings
• Cooperating with IT department
• Preparing reports and analyses
• Identifying process improvements and participating in implementation of new solutions
• Professional experience with Coupa systems (skilled in Integration and Master Data)
• Understanding of financial/accounting regulations and processes (preferably in PTP)
• Very good spoken & written English (B2 level)
• Strong analytical skills
• Attention to the details

Nice to have:

• Working experience in PTP/AP field
