This role combines analytical skills with hands-on execution of key finance processes, including cash application, bank account verification, and collaboration with internal teams. You will also play a critical role in audit preparation, compliance activities, and providing insights to improve financial performance.**Responsibilities:*** Perform accurate **cash application** of incoming payments and ensure timely allocation to customer accounts.* Verify **bank account details** to guarantee secure and compliant transactions.* Monitor and reconcile accounts, investigate discrepancies, and maintain data integrity.* Collaborate with the **Accounts Receivable (AR) team** and other internal stakeholders to resolve payment issues and improve process efficiency.* Prepare documentation and support **internal and external audits**, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.* Analyze payment trends, identify risks, and provide actionable insights to optimize cash flow and financial performance.* Maintain compliance with financial procedures and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.**Requirements:*** Fluency in **English** (other languages are a strong advantage).* Bachelors degree in economics, business analytics, finance or similar fields.* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.* High sense of accountability, customer focus, and goal orientation.* Previous experience in finance operations within a multinational environment is a plus.Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job**EEO Statement**Integrated into our shared values is NCR Voyix’s commitment to diversity and equal employment opportunity.
