About the Role

• Setting up, coordinating, and producing controlling and performance analysis reports.
• Cooperation with controlling teams and/or other Finance & Performance partners (Group headquarters and departments, operating divisions, Europe management teams).
• Organising and documenting production of reports and analyses (defining and implementing procedures and schedules, contributing to the design of reporting and visualization tools, systematically seeking process improvement and automation in collaboration with other teams).
• Providing reporting and analysis within your field (plus supervision of reports production in dedicated tools, preparation of level 1 analyses; possibly assisting in the preparation of level 2 analyses).
• Guaranteeing the quality of information delivered and processes (consistency of source data, reports and analyses produced; alerting and following up corrections where necessary; compliance with overall reporting delivery schedule and process).
• Contributing to the evaluation of the adequacy of needs, to the development of changes, and, if necessary, to the preparation of the discontinuation of reporting. Keeping reporting documentation up to date.
• Contributing to the integration of new entities/perimeters into existing reporting systems.
• Being a point of contact with partners for reporting.

About You

• Ability to communicate with a wide range of people (finance managers, other finance departments, cross-functional departments) in an international environment.
• Organizational skills - ability to work as part of a team and in a project mode.
• Being extremely scrupulous.
• Knowledge of accounting and financial techniques.
• Proficiency in office automation tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Interest in automation projects (RPA, etc.).
• French and English at professional level.
• Knowledge of Magnitude and/or Alcyone would be a plus.
• Readiness to work from Poland in a hybrid model, and to cooperate on a daily basis with the team operating in Paris.
