For our client, a stable company with German capital launching a facility in Radom, we are seeking a Finance & Accounting Manager.

What we expect

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance or Accounting,
• Fluent in English language, German language knowledge would be nice,
• Professional experience in accounting, controlling and fiscal topics in a production company,
• Profound knowledge in establishment of statutory accounts according to Polish GAAP,
• Experience with establishment of tax accounts and accounting according to IFRS (or German GAAP),
• Experience with financial planning,
• Knowledge in Finance modules and controlling of an integrated ERP system,
• Strong analytical and communication skills, thorough way of working.

Your tasks

• Close cooperation with General Manager and Directors in respect of management topics of the company
• Responsibility for the full accounting such as:
  • examination and posting of invoices,
  • capitalization of fixed assets,
  • posting and reconciliation of bank accounts,
  • execution of payments,
  • calculation of the values for the balance sheet according to local and Group GAAP, including special topics,
• Responsibility for controlling:
  • analysis of accounts and budget deviations,
  • internal clarification of budget deviations,
  • definition of counter measures together with the management members,
• Responsibility for financial planning steps, such as:
  • cost planning,
  • establishment of Budget P&L and Balance sheet,
  • planning of Cash Flow,
• Responsibility of fiscal, legal and statutory compliance for all finance topics, such as:
  • all kind of fiscal declarations (VAT, income tax, etc.),
  • local year-end closing,
  • filling additional legal declarations
• Responsibility for all financial reporting to the Group headquarter, such as:
  • monthly andyear-end closing according to local and Group GAAP,
  • contact person for external and internal auditors for finance topics,
• Responsibility for interface with insurance broker regarding local (non-HR) insurances, such as:
  • Building insurance,
  • Insurance of content, etc.
