As a Fin-Ops Professional, you will be a key team player and your role will include ensuring integrity, accuracy and completeness of our financial reporting, but you will also be expected to identify and execute on opportunities of improving our ways of working.
•It involves driving profitability for Logistics & Services products, supporting strategic initiatives, and providing data-driven insights.
•Effectively executing the financial reporting processes for NEC area.
•Participating in the preparation of the daily/monthly/quarterly and annual reports.
•Preparing and updating accounting, reporting and working instructions for team.
•Driving and ensuring execution of ad hoc initiatives and participation in FinOps projects.
•Challenging the existing processes to improve and automate and reduce non-value adding activities.
•Ensure timely and accurate job costing done for specific clients.
•Ensure all KPI’s (both customers and internal) are met, or actions are being taken to avoid KPI downgrading.

•5+ years of working experience in Financial Controlling.
•You produce high quality results and are capable of combining an eye for detail with a holistic overview.
•You work and deliver results independently and with the team, and act as a proactive and knowledgeable advisor to various stakeholders in Maersk.
•You enjoy working towards a goal, taking ownership of your assignments and thrive in a dynamic environment where you need to manage competing priorities.
•Strong MS office skills, particularly Excel and Power BI.
•Self-starter and can prioritize based on relevance or financial impact.
•Strong analytical mindset and good with numbers.
•Fluency in Polish and English.
•Knowledge of bookkeeping principles and financial module SAP.
•Experience in CW1 will be a great advantage.
•Previous experience in Logistics field is a huge asset.
