Document and maintain file transfer configurations, procedures, and best practices to support operational continuity. Willingness to participate in shift planning and weekend operational support. requirements-expected : Proven experience as a File Transfer Engineer or in a similar role managing IBM Sterling Connect:direct environments. A solid IT technical background with expertise in operating systems (especially AIX, RHEL, and Windows Server), network security, and certificate management. Strong proficiency in IBM Sterling Connect:direct on both Windows and Unix platforms. Hands-on experience with IBM Sterling Control Center and IBM Sterling Web Console for monitoring and managing file transfers. Familiarity with IBM Sterling Secure Proxy for secure file transfer operations. Proficiency in scripting with C, SQL, Shell, and Power Shell for automation and operational tasks. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to ensuring data integrity and security in file transfer operations. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business teams.
