Job Description:
- Installation, commissioning, maintenance and repair of sensor-based sorters at TOMRA Recycling installation bases;
- Ensuring maximum performance of TOMRA sorting systems in the field;
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences through first-class communication and support;
- Optimizing of the sorting systems / process;
- Identifying opportunities to add value to our customers businesses through the introduction of complementary TOMRA products, solutions and services;
- Acting as a link between our customers and Head Quarters – collecting and providing feedback from the market so that we can continuously look for new opportunities for our customers.
Qualifications
- Completed secondary technical school or higher with a specialization in electrician/electronics, automatics, industrial maintenance, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience in an industrial environment, with a focus on on-site preventive and curative maintenance.
- Reside in Katowice (+40km around) OR Krakow.
- Willingness to travel approximately 80% of the time within South of Poland, and occasionally to the Baltics, Slovakia, Czech Republic, and other international locations.
- Electrical certificate SEP;
- Proficiency in computer programs and PC configuration;
- Fluent in Polish and proficient in English;
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, internal and external associates, and management levels.
- Knowledge of recycling processes is a plus.
