Job Purpose and Summary  What we giveMain Activities: Installs production printers(ImagePress & VarioPrint & ColorStream)  products and trains the customer’s operators.Provides preventive maintenance to ensure OCE & Canon products perform optimal efficiency.Identifies problems and completes on-site repairs including tests.Escalates unresolved problems according to predefined services procedures.Participates in keeping a positive relationship with the customer.Manages tools and time in an efficient way.Maintains a sufficient inventory of parts and materials for on-site service.Works effectively in a small team - Identifies and communicates new sales opportunitiesWhat we askKnowledge of Electromechanical systems and relevant IT experience.Good interpersonal communication skills – verbal and written.Previous field service experience in the fixing of electrical/mechanical/IT issues - preferably print industry relatedAchieves customer satisfaction and loyalty.Exercises proper reasoning and judgement.Acts cost effectively.Maintains a valid driver’s licence.You will needSZCZECINFurther informationAct as a Team Player, Create Solutions to Problems, Drive for Results, Focus on the Customer, Take Ownership and Accountability.
