Field Service Engineer – Poland
Join Sungrow Europe as a Field Service Engineer (FSE) in Warsaw.
Responsibilities
- Serve as interface between customers and Sungrow.
- Take ownership of dispatched customer issues.
- Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
- Run diagnosis on errors or technical problems.
- Deliver support and contribute service solutions for customers.
- Perform all on‑site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks, upgrades or rework activities.
- Support Project Management during commissioning and site acceptance services.
- Follow operational procedures, processes and practices as defined, documented and consistently applied.
- Follow applicable health and safety instructions and regulations.
- Ensure up‑to‑date documentation, work instructions and processes for existing and coming service contracts and agreements.
Qualifications
- Electrical technician or engineer education; knowledge of AC/DC, low/medium voltage systems.
- Fluency in Polish and English at C1 level.
- Experience with commercial and residential solutions; battery solutions experience is beneficial.
- Experience dealing with customers in critical situations.
- Willingness to work on call and travel.
- Driving license.
