Overview
We’re looking for a Field Service Engineer who installs production printers (ImagePress & VarioPrint) products and trains the customer’s operators. We are looking for people from Poznań and Warsaw.
Responsibilities
- Installs production printers (ImagePress & VarioPrint) products and trains the customer’s operators.
- Provides preventive maintenance to ensure OCE & Canon products perform at optimal efficiency.
- Identifies problems and completes on-site repairs including tests.
- Escalates unresolved problems according to predefined services procedures.
- Participates in keeping a positive relationship with the customer.
- Manages tools and time in an efficient way.
- Maintains a sufficient inventory of parts and materials for on-site service.
- Works effectively in a small team.
- Identifies and communicates new sales opportunities.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of electromechanical systems and relevant IT experience.
- Good interpersonal communication skills – verbal and written in Polish (fluent) and English.
- Previous field service experience in fixing electrical/mechanical/IT issues – preferably print industry related.
- Aches customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Exercises proper reasoning and judgement.
- Acts cost effectively.
- Maintains a valid driver’s licence.
