- Support dispatch operations for your assigned region
- Monitor technician status and schedules to keep jobs on track
- Manage job pools, fill gaps, and reassign work to meet customer commitments
- Optimize routes for efficiency and on-time performance
- Handle appointment confirmations, rescheduling, and customer inquiries
- Update calendars and adjust assignments based on skills and priorities
- Anticipate obstacles and find prompt solutions
- Collaborate with your team and share feedback for continuous improvement.
Wymagania
- Education or equivalent practical experience
- 2–4 years of experience in Field Service Dispatch or a similar role. Candidates with a background in customer service or administrative support are also encouraged to apply. Dispatching experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills in Dutch language, plus solid English.
