Opis Stanowiska
The role focuses on delivering high-quality reporting, data analysis, and operational support to Field Sales representatives. You will work closely with the Sales teams to ensure accurate insights, timely updates, and consistent process execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, maintain, and distribute recurring and ad‑hoc reports to support Sales
- Support Field Sales representatives by managing operational requests, system updates, and administrative workflows
- Ensure data integrity across reporting tools and CRM systems
- Provide timely and precise responses to internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, data manipulation, and reporting)
- Very good English (both written & spoken)
- High attention to detail and a strong focus on data accuracy
- Solid analytical and reporting skills
- Good organizational and time‑management capabilitiesStrong communication skills
- At least 6 months employment track at current position in UPS (for internal candidates only)
