Field Sales Associate (f/m/d) Vascular - Home Office

About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated Field Sales Specialist (f/m/d) to join our Vascular Medical Devices Team in Poland to drive the sales of Gore’s high quality, innovative Vascular medical product portfolio.

This is a remote position and you can work from your home office in most locations within Poland.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow the current business within the territory, develop business opportunities and maximize profitable sales by building on well-established relationships and acquiring new customers.
• Proactively build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.
• Provide high-level clinical and technical support in Gore Vascular procedures, working in the operating room or vascular interventional lab.
• Partner with hospital departments and educational centres of excellence to deliver clinical product training, product presentations and be accountable for your own investments budget.
• Analyse and understand the market to successfully plan objectives, strategies, and actions according to the business unit guidelines.
• Deal with a range of stakeholders within hospital administrations, including Vascular Surgeons, Interventional Radiologists and Purchasing Departments.
• Attend local and European congresses and implement local sales promotion activities to support business and educational needs.
• Be an active member of a great and very experienced team.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years experience in Medical Device Sales. Ideally with a medical engineering or clinical background in the Cardiac or Vascular Interventional or Orthopaedics environment. Degree educated in a science, technical or clinical discipline.
• Proactive, self-motivated and an excellent relationship builder.
• Strong communication and commercial skills including the ability to negotiate and influence.
• Passionate about medical device sales.
• Natural team-playing qualities.
• Ability to become a specialist and a consultative partner for our customers.
• Ability to proactively plan, deliver and follow up with customers, with proven skills enabling you to prioritize and drive the business to success.
• Ability to undertake travel across Poland as needed (travel time: 90%) – to support the clinical needs of our customers, to attend sales meetings, conferences, and trainings.
