Are you passionate about driving sales and building lasting client relationships? We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Field Sales Engineer .

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct regular visits and meetings with customers to understand their needs and promote our products and services.
2. Provide technical expertise and support to customers, demonstrating how our solutions can meet their specific requirements.
3. Identify new business opportunities and market expansion in the industrial and energy sector, leveraging industry knowledge and market trends.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and customer satisfaction.
5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies and maximize market potential.
6. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.

Requirements:

1. Engineering bachelor’s degree (Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Processing or similar).
2. Proven experience in field sales, preferably within the industrial equipment or machinery sector.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to work independently and manage sales effectively.
5. Willingness to travel and meet with clients on-site (minimum 3 days per week).
6. Fluency in Polish and good command of English.
