Due to the dynamic development, we are looking for a candidate for the position:

FIELD QUALITY ENGINEER

Place of work: Gdańsk

Project Management Office (PMO) of BU Port Cranes is responsible for project management of port cranes deliveries. We operate in a project environment and collaborate with a global supply network. PMO is now strengthening its Quality team and seeking to hire a new Field Quality Engineer for RTG site operations in Poland.

What should you bring:

To succeed in this role, you should have a systematic approach to your tasks and an eye for details in order to ensure fulfilment of quality requirements. As a person, you should be seeking improvements and have strong communicational skills.

We also expect you to have:

• Experience in quality control activities
• Technical education (Bachelor or Master’s degree in e.g. electrical or mechanical engineering)
• Good knowledge of English skills, both written and spoken (minimum B2)
• Fluent Polish skills are required
• Experience and knowledge of port cranes products is seen as an asset

Scope of responsibilities:

• Quality control of crane assembly and commissioning, including checking of installation completeness and quality, and functional testing
• Analyzing nonconformities related to assembly or commissioning and defining corrective/preventive actions with related stakeholders
